🔁 Return Policy
Return window: 5 days
Returns are for customers who want a refund for the product received. Please review the conditions below — returns must meet all requirements to be accepted.
📦 Return steps
- Click the button below and create a Return request within 5 days of delivery.
- Describe briefly the reason for return.
- Wait 24–48 hrs for approval & instructions.
- Ship back via reverse pickup (₹200) or self-ship (₹100) if pickup not available.
- Pack securely, include invoice, mark order number.
- After QC, refund is initiated in 1–3 working days (prepaid only).
🔄 Exchange Policy
Exchange window: 5 days
Exchanges are for replacing your item with another (size, variant or same product). Exchanges are free (no shipping charged) but may take longer.
📌 Exchange steps
- Click the button below and select Exchange.
- Choose size/variant & state reason.
- We review in 24–48 hrs → pickup details sent.
- Ship back via reverse pickup or self-ship.
- Once received, replacement dispatched in 2-3 working days.
⚠️ Conditions
- No returns/exchanges on discounted orders or orders ≤ ₹500.
- Evidence required for wrong/faulty product (video & photos within 24 hrs).
- Each order can be returned/exchanged only once.
